Dear Sir,
My wife and I bought a bed from you about a month ago. We had been sleeping on a wreck of a bed for years... we had tossed and turned and kicked each other, woken up every hour throughout the night.
Then we found Seventh Heaven! You allowed us to take our shoes off and try the beds. You moved mattresses and even provided a mock up of our chosen antique bedstead. All without the pressure to buy. Coffee as well!

In July this year I phoned your shop to request advice on my antique bed which I had purchased from yourselves some four and half years ago. My request was for advice on how the bed should be dismantled and reassembled in our master bedroom in order that new carpet may be laid.
You arranged for two most courteous and professional young men to come and dismantle the bed for me at 8am on the morning the carpet fitters came, to return later that afternoon to reassemble after the carpet was laid.
I felt the need to write this letter to thank you so much for such a proficient and impressive service, as my request could have so easily been disregarded by the lady who answered my call.
